Hello, I’m Eliza’Beth.
I am a Ritualist and Holistic Transpersonal Therapist, and a co-founder of Wild Sacred Medicine. My work arises from a lived, embodied path — shaped by years of healing, training, initiation, and relationship with both human kin and the more-than-human world, including my ancestors.
At the heart of my practice is a devotion to wholeness. I support people through processes of deep healing, integration, and remembrance — reconnecting with their authentic self, inner wisdom, and unique way of belonging and serving life. My approach weaves together therapeutic depth, soul-centred inquiry, earth-based practice, ancestral connection, and sacred ritual, held within a grounded, trauma-aware, and ethically informed container.
I grew up in an industrial suburb of South-Western Sydney, where life was often challenging. As a child and teenager, Scouting became a vital refuge — offering adventure, community, and immersion in the natural world. Through camping, hiking, caving, and time spent in wild places, I discovered competence, leadership, awe, and a sense of belonging beyond myself. These early experiences laid important foundations for my later path.
In my twenties, I entered a profound “dark night of the soul” that became a turning point in my life. Supported by both conventional and holistic therapies, I began a long initiatory journey of healing and transformation. From this place, a clear calling emerged — to walk with integrity as a guide and facilitator, and to share the medicine that had supported my own remembering. I sought training and experiences that could honour this path with depth, care, and accountability, allowing me to meet others not as an expert above them, but as a fellow human who has walked the terrain.
My therapeutic training is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, client-centred, holistic, and transpersonal approaches, with a strong nature-allied orientation. Alongside this, my shamanic path — shaped through ceremony, vision quest, and advanced training in Australia’s Central Desert — has offered an initiatory education in earth-based wisdom, ritual, and relationship with more-than-human allies. My work with my Irish, English, and German ancestors through Ancestral Medicine training further deepened my understanding of lineage, cultural inheritance, and the ways ancestral healing can restore both personal and collective wholeness. I endeavour to honour these influences through embodied practice, integrity, and ongoing relationship.
Throughout my professional life, I have worked across diverse settings, supporting individuals and communities through holistic therapy, outdoor and experiential education, client services, and leadership roles. In 2019, alongside my partner Jenny, I co-founded a holistic therapy and healing practice that has since evolved into Wild Sacred Medicine — a living expression of the work we are called to offer.
In my work, healing is not about fixing or symptom management alone. It is about tending deep wounds, reclaiming agency, restoring connection, and living with authenticity, presence, and purpose — in service of self, community, and the wider web of life.
You are warmly welcome to walk this path of discovery, healing, and embodied awakening with me.

Hello, I'm Jenny—a guide on a sacred journey of healing and soulful transformation. I was born and raised on a multi-generational farm in a small rural town in Central Victoria, where I learned to attune to the practical rhythms of the land. As I ventured into the natural world, my appreciation for its sacred, numinous qualities blossomed, nurturing a relationship of deep reciprocity that remains at the heart of my healing work.
My work is anchored in the timeless wisdom of Reiki, equine therapies, and nature-based teachings, offering a unique blend of energetic healing and embodied wisdom. With formal training in purpose guiding, outdoor education, Tanran Reiki, Equine Tactile Therapies, and Equine Experiential Learning, I honour the sacred interplay between energy, nature, and spirit.
Passionate about outdoor education, I've guided young people through wild, immersive programs—from 3-day adventures to 33-day expeditions—and have explored diverse landscapes on my own, through bushwalking, cycling, sea kayaking, and white-water rafting journeys ranging from 5 to 80 days across multiple countries. These experiences have enriched my connection to the land and deepened my understanding of its transformative power.
Like the wild, sacred paths we traverse, my journey is a dance between the intuitive flow of Reiki and the grounding presence of our animal allies. Inspired by rich experiences in outdoor education, leadership, and community development, I weave together ancient practices with modern insights to create a vibrant foundation for transformation. I hold space for those yearning to reconnect with their inner truth, embrace wholeness, and rediscover their unique heart-path.
I serve seekers ready to embark on a soulful adventure—a journey toward reclaiming inner wisdom and deep belonging within the greater earth community. Whether drawn to the healing power of energy work or the profound lessons shared by our animal companions and the natural world, my intention is to create a sacred space where personal transformation and community growth flourish in harmony.
I warmly invite you to join me on this transformative journey—a path where the sacred and the natural merge to guide us toward inner awakening and purposeful living. Together, let us explore the landscapes of deep healing, celebrate the wisdom of our souls, and nurture vibrant communities that support our shared evolution.
My formal training includes; Level 1 Soul Purpose Guide (Purpose Guides Institute), 1 - year training - Core Shamanism Change and Transformation (The Foundation for Shamanic Studies Europe), Ceremony and Rites of Passage Global Training (1 - year), Diploma in Equine Tactile Therapies (ACATT), Equine Experiential Facilitation (CEEL), Graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Arts in Outdoor Education.
