About you
You may have found your way here because something in your life is asking for deeper attention. Perhaps conventional approaches to healing or personal growth have not fully met what you are seeking, or you sense a longing for greater connection, meaning and belonging. You may be looking for a way of healing that makes room for the whole of your experience — body, mind, soul, relationship, nature and the Sacred.
You may be navigating a life transition, tending old wounds or patterns, exploring the spiritual dimensions of your life, or simply sensing that the way you have been living no longer feels fully aligned. Whatever brings you here, our work offers space to listen more deeply, reconnect with your own inner knowing and explore what healing, remembering and embodied alignment might mean for you.
welcome
We recognise that personal wellbeing does not exist in isolation. Individuals, communities and the living world are navigating complex and interconnected challenges. Experiences of trauma, disconnection, ancestral and relational patterns, fragmentation and loss of meaning can all shape how we live and relate. Our approach makes room for these wider dimensions of experience and for healing as a process of reconnection and remembering.
Wild Sacred Medicine has grown not only from our professional training and ongoing study, but also from our own lived experience of healing, change and becoming. Our individual paths have deepened our respect for the complexity of this work and for the importance of relationship, nature, sacred practice and each person's own inner wisdom. We bring that experience with humility to the spaces we hold.
supporting sensitive Young ones
We also support children and young people who experience the world deeply and may benefit from a gentle, relational and individualised approach. Some are neuro-divergent, including autistic and ADHD young people; some identify as highly sensitive; and some simply feel different from those around them.
Our approach is client-centred and responsive to each young person, allowing their individual needs, interests and what resonates for them to help shape the work. For some young people, connection with nature and animals, alongside creativity and reflective practices, can support a growing sense of confidence, self-understanding and belonging.
Animals& Healing
Animals are part of the living fabric of Ashby Grove. Our horses, chickens and kelpie are present in different ways within the life of the property and the spaces we hold.
We know the special and often sacred place that animal companions can hold in our lives, and the depth of relationship we can share with them. We offer support to animals through Reiki during periods of change, stress or behavioural shifts, recognising each animal as a unique being with their own experience, needs and relationships.
